Zusammenfassung: | The study "Language Skills and Language Awareness" examines the relationship between first and second language skills and language awareness at the end of primary school. Metalinguistic utterances are elicited and assessed using an assessment tool called M-SPRA that allows the description of language awareness on different developmental levels. In this paper a hierarchical model of language awareness and first results of the study will be presented. |
