Zusammenfassung:NO and NO x decomposition in a coaxial reactor using nanosecond pulsed power were investigated. NO and NO x removal ratio decreased with the increasing treatment time. In the case of 50 pps, spark-discharge occurrence attracted the inner wire electrode to the outer electrode in the coaxial reactor. When the electrode separation in coaxial reactor became short, the spark discharges occurred more frequently in the center of reactor. Then, the volume of streamer discharges reduced. When an inner wire electrode was tensed by a spring was introduced in the coaxial reactor, the spark discharges were controlled and the narrowing of electrode separation was not observed. Accordingly, NO and NO x removal ratios did not decrease and became steady. The tensioned inner wire electrode worked out the potential of the coaxial reactor in using nanosecond pulsed powers.
