Zusammenfassung:We prove that earthquakes on hyperbolic surfaces can be approximated by discrete earthquakes constructed using circle packings. Consequently, we obtain a combinatorial version of Thurston's Earthquake Theorem. Any surface can be approximated by combinatorial earthquakes of a packable surface.
