Zusammenfassung:Histological sections from proximal to stent, proximal in-stent,mid-stent, distal in-stent, and distal to stent tissues were prepared with Pentachrome and H&E stains.Histologic results demonstrate significant reduction in restenosis by the DCB compared to POBA.Tissue drug levels are being analyzed and will be presented for both treated and control vessel segments,as well as for downstream tissue beds.
