Zusammenfassung:For each voxel within the seed region we calculated the partial correlation scores between its BOLD time-series and the major Eigen-timeseries for each target region, i.e. the correlation after regressing out all other Eigenvariates and nuisance effects (Eigenvariates derived from white matter, CSF and motion regressors). Seed- and target masks were defined in MNI-space and transformed into individual structural- and then functional space using nonlinear registration implemented through FSL tool FNIRT.
