To correct for the difference in slice orientation, the null images (images in DSI with b = 0 s/mm2) of D30 were coregistered to that of D180 using the SPM5 package (Wellcome Department of Imaging Neuroscience, London) and the same transformation matrix was applied to all of the DSI images at D30.
