Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this study was to replicate findings of CSF Tau and Ab correlation with CMRglu in subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) who were ApoE-4 carriers or non-carriers to support the relation between ApoE and breakdown in neural integrity evidenced by development of intracellular neurofibrillary tangles (associated with Tau) and extracellular amyloid plaques (associated with Ab).
