Zusammenfassung: | Appropriately chosen regional anesthetic technique for superficial breast surgery can provide excellent analgesia and eliminate or reduce the need for general anesthesia and opioid analgesia [1]. A similar plane block was reported by Kunhabdulla et al [3] in a morbid obese patient (body mass index, 44 kg/m2) with rib fracture. Randomized control trials should be performed to determine the type of anterior chest wall block effective and estimate the local anesthetic requirement for breast surgery in obese patients. |
