Zusammenfassung:This work aimed to investigate the involvement of helicobactere pylori in the genesis of gastric MALT lymphoma (associated lymphoid tissue in the mucosa) by a retrospective study was performed on cases registered at the Hepato-Gastro Service -entérologie at Rabat University Hospital during the period from 2000 to 2010. During the study period, 23 cases of gastric MALT lymphoma associated with Helicobacter pylori infection have been identified. They represent a prevalence of 49% for all cases of lymphoma of MALT of our series. The time division shows an average of 3 ± 0,59 cases. The majority of cases were from Kenitra-Rabat-Sale with 36%. Men were the most affected with 56.5%. The χ^sup 2^ test showed no significant difference between gender (χ^sup 2^ = 0.39 P> 0.05). 50.5 ± 3.9 years, the average age of the patients was hospitalized with tips ranging from 19 years to 85 years, with a predominance of the age range [50-60 [with 26.1%. The most registered clinical signs are usually: Alteration of the general state (19%), fever (12%), anemia (11%), epigastric 14%.
