Zusammenfassung:Currently, the new wastewater treatment technologies by membrane bioreactor "MBR" is booming because of their efficiency and the best purification yields obtained. Indeed, the MBR is a promising option in the treatment and reuse of wastewater. This study focuses on testing a pilot submerged aerobic membrane to improve the quality of secondary effluent from a food manufacturing facility in Morocco. The study of the performance of the processing system implemented was achieved through a physiochemical diagnosis of treated water from the MBR system. The results show an improvement in the quality of purified water. The removal efficiency compared to secondary effluents output of the WWTP of the company, is 63% for COD, 53% for BOD5 and 100% for suspended solids.
