Zusammenfassung: | The choice of Rio de Janeiro to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games of 2016, began the discussion of the performance of the country, especially after the launch of Plan Brazil Medals in September 2012. However, after the disclosure of the targets for 2016 (top 5 in the Top 10 in the Olympic and Paralympic) observed no advances in the management of administrative entities with regard to management tools applicable to the micro environment, one of those who are responsible for a nation's sporting success. The allocation of scarce resources must be done effectively, being employed according to perceived deficiencies in the athlete's everyday life, turning to the search for better results and decreasing the gap perceived at this level of operation. That said, the study has as objective, from the environmental context of the athlete, raise the variables applicable to individual success of the athlete. The study will have a qualitative approach and will have application in the operational field of sport, being conducted through bibliographical research. The research has its origins in the pillars of SPLISS and selected studies that, with content analysis, a technique able to categorize and allow inferences described made possible the diagnosis of nine categories with their respective variables. Among the categories adopted, it was observed an array with categories directly and indirectly linked to the athlete's environment, as well as actions taken at macro and micro level. It was concluded that the athlete, stakeholder responsible for operational level and that involved directly with the obtaining of results must have monitoring and control as routine in their training, and thus the possible correction of the course of the work. |
