Responsabilidad Internacional del Estado frente a lucha contra la discriminación racial y étnica en España

This article has as purpose to raise a question about international responsibility in matter related to the necessity to verify international treaties ratied by Spain, through conventionality control and its application in the internal Spanish framework. This involve not just on the verication of non-compliances on the state responsibility in its obligation with ratication of treaties, conventions, agreements and other sources of international law, but also check out internal omissions in the framework of international compliances. The hypothesis is thus verifying, trough judiciary entities, how Spain enforces international treaties ratied in the eld of the ght against racial and ethnic discrimination.
