Zusammenfassung:This study aims to show how continuity in further education of the daughters of immigrants is the main strategy for social inclusion and access to greater personal autonomy. The findings of a survey of nearly a thousand students from four secondary schools in one of the areas with the highest concentration of immigrants and Roma population of the city of Alicante, and thirty in-depth interviews with girls both at high schools and University students of Moroccan origin and their teachers, show the relationship between gender, educational inclusion and expectations of social mobility. The findings of this research also show the significant social and cultural changes arising from the inclusive education of women and how these changes have a decisive effect in intergenerational and intercultural relationships.
