Zusammenfassung:The article finds its origin in the urban context of the peripheral areas of Bogotá, which is the common refuge of those men and women who are displaced as a direct result of the violence in Colombia. We have named them with the theological concept of pároikos (displaced, foreigners), i.e. those we are stigmatized, made invisible and culturally oppressed as soon as they arrive to the City as foreigners. Their cries and protests are collected in the article by means of four testimonies, which, along with the Parable of the Good Samaritan, are analyzed from the perspective of narrative. Based on the hermeneutic method of research, the article aims to develop the idea of an urban spirituality of Samaritanship that has three features: a spirituality of open eyes that allows to look and not only being looked, a spirituality that preserves alive the memory of the victims, and a spirituality that promotes a safe refuge for the displaced persons. Such features challenge the urban pastoral within the peripheries of the City.
