(Impact of the Global Economic Crisis on Foreign Direct Investments) The crisis that originated from the subprime mortgage and securitization markets in the United States of America has firstly affected developed countries, then developing countries, and it has turned into a global economic crisis. The crisis has had important effects on financial markets and real economy. One of the areas that it has affected is foreign direct capital flows. In this paper, the impacts of the current global economic crisis on foreign direct investments are examined.
