Zusammenfassung:Accountants do several work not related to their professional functions in practice but emerging from customer expectations.In this context, it is intended to determine whether there is a statistical relationship between the burnout and role conflict of accountants. Also, it will be tried to be determined that on which demographic point the professional burnout of accountants differ. For this aim, 466 accountants working in 27 different cities in Turkey are surveyed face to face. As a resut of the survey analysis, correlation has been identified between the role conflict and professional burnout. It is concluded that the professional burnout level has increased and individual success has decreased whereas the role conflict of accountants increases. On the other hand, it is seen that there is statistically meaningful relationship between accountants' marital status, daily working time, their having children or not and accountants' professional burnout.
