Zusammenfassung:Tetragonal and cross-pillar-shaped PET/TiO2 filaments were prepared by using the melt-spinning method. Photographs of both filaments are shown in Figure 1. Figures 2 and 3 show cross-sectional images of the tetragonal and cross-pillar-shaped PET/TiO2 filaments, which were observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). TiO2 nanoparticles are well dispersed in the PET filaments. The mechanical properties of the filaments were also measured.
