Zusammenfassung:The aim of this study was to investigate the scientific research that analyze the intra-hospital care of critical customers. We conducted a literature search, through a systematic review of computerized literature, conducted between 2010-2015, in the databases: Scielo, Lilacs, Electronic Journal of Nursing, Medline, PubMed. With the completion of the analysis of the material, it was possible to create two categories: critical customer and transport the critical customer in intra-hospital environment, using as descriptors in Portuguese: intra-hospitalar, paciente crítico e atenção ao paciente crítico, and in spanish: Intrahospitales, los pacientes críticos y la atención al paciente crítico and in english: intrahospital, critically ill patients e attention to critical patient. We found 20 articles and 14 in Portuguese, four in Spanish and one in English, where they should be in full and on Portuguese / Spanish / English, which were selected through content analysis and synthesis. It was found that within-hospital routine infection control is very important in intensive care with critical customers because they are much more susceptible to infection. Another factor to note is the internal transportation, all safety measures must be taken to avoid pitfalls. The team of attention, often have to make difficult decisions about where a patient may be better care in hospital and therefore, all transportation procedures should be calculated and planned. It was concluded that to avoid problems that could compromise patient safety, hospital management should adopt a clinical protocol for the care of critical customers, assuming that these customers are at real risk of death. It is believed that following a protocol, the nursing professional will be fitter and have more autonomy to make quick decisions to protect patient safety. Keywords: in-hospital, critically ill patients and attention to critical patients.
