Zusammenfassung:Explain the importance of factors that influence the qualities of individuals constituting the basis of modern society and show how positive qualities can be developed and negative ones prevented. The most influential tool to achieve this is education. A person's natural talents or skills can only be reliably developed by education. Individuals that have developed themselves and their skills are the key to both the society they live in and its future. Therefore we can easily say educational systems and teachers have a huge responsibility here. Individuals can be affected by both positive and negative opinions concerning their personal and professional development. In this sense we can say that interacting headmasters and teachers, disseminating the school's culture, will influence each other during the entire process of education. A result of a qualitative approach, in the context of educational culture, this study aims to show the influence of primary school teachers' entrepreneurship skills on headmasters' working life. Actual scientific research methods were used. All data obtained were analysed using the NVivo 9 programme. At the end of this study the conclusion is reached that headmasters are indeed positively influenced by their primary school teachers' enterprising skills. In addition some possible ways to enhance these skills are suggested.
