Zusammenfassung:Caesarian section was done in 75.6% (n = 31) deliveries, low birth weight was found in 39.5% (n = 15) median = 2630 g (range 400 - 3450), low apgar score at 1 minute occurred in 85.7% (n = 36) in neonates, gestational age (P = 0.45) and parity (P = 0.001) were found to be associated with low birth weight, preterm birth (Adj OR = 0.052; 95% CI = 0.006 - 0.483) was an independent risk of having neonates born with low birth weight among pregnancy complicated with congenital valvular heart disease).
