ASPECTE DE DREPT COMPARAT SI ASPECTE DOCTRINARE PRIVIND CAUZELE CARE ÎNLATURA CARACTERUL PENAL AL FAPTEI/ASPECTS OF COMPARATIVE LAW AND DOCTRINAL ASPECTS OF THE CAUSES THAT REMOVE THE CRIMINAL CHARACTER OF THE ACT

This paper aims to address the institution of causes that eliminate the criminal character of the act both: from a legislative perspective - opting this time to study criminal codes of countries from the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Russian Federation - as well as from a doctrinal perspective- the literature under analysis being the Moldavian one. This combination of legislation and Moldavian doctrine is not in the least random, given that Moldavia was one of the founding states of the CIS and political influences of them have ineluctably led to legal similarities. Only thorough knowledge of the whole, an international approach to the issue may give us insight and a deeper understanding of this institution of criminal law, the ultimate goal being to improve our own legislation.
