Zusammenfassung:This study aims to conduct relations between games and construction processes and knowledge management (CGC) in the context of organizational intelligence (IO). It is proposed games as a strategy for organizations, since the company has been modifying their behavior and using the games as something beyond simple entertainment. Games are influenced by the technology, and they are integrated into a large number of devices present in the routines of society. Thus the subjects grow under the influence of the games, causing them to have greater receptivity to any activities that have relationships with games. Accordingly, it becomes necessary to understand conceptually the game and how they may be used in organizations, more specifically in the context of GCC in the context of IO. Through literature search it was possible to seek information that support the aforementioned relationship, and it was possible to identify real games for such processes. Questioned how much the effectiveness of the application of games in the organizational context, since the games have their strengths and weaknesses as related activities of CGC and IO. It also identified that, for better grip in organizations, organizational games must go beyond creating organizational activities with game elements, that is, using gamification. The survey showed the difficulty of the application of gamification as a strategy and suggests the application of gamification as a process, providing greater adherence to the organizational environment
