Circumstances that justify the interim in the exercise of the President

With an authoritative competence, the Constitutional Court is able to ascertain the circumstances, which justify the interim of the president. Finding these circumstances is an exclusive legal matter with an objective character, fact that requires to this institution that competence. Verifying the existence of the circumstances, on which the interim depends, must be realised by a public authority.
