Zusammenfassung:[Interventional Management] Procedural step A 6 Fr EBU 3.5 guiding catheter (Medtronic Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota) was cannulated to ostial left coronary artery. 0.014 inch Coronary wire was manipulated to distal LAD but unable to cross the very distal LAD lesion. Plaque ruptured with platelet aggregation was occurred at proximal LAD and then, there was spontaneous reperfusion with distal embolization to distal LAD that caused myocardial infarction of distal LAD territory with apical LV thrombus formation.
