Zusammenfassung: | Methods 52 year old female presented with acute onset right side weakness associated with palpitation and headache followed by syncopal episode, Patient had left arm paresthesias and discrepancy between blood pressure readings in both arms with lower reading in the left side. a CT scan of the head was done with no evidence of intracranial bleeding, patient did receive (tPA) tissue plasminogen activator for the concern of stroke. |
