After leaving that post his licence to officiate in Chelmsford Diocese was revoked. He sued Chelmsford Diocesan Board of Finance and the Bishop of Chelmsford in his corporate capacity, alleging direct racial discrimination contrary to sections 13 and 53 of the Equality Act 2010 and victimisation contrary to sections 27 and 53. |
