Zusammenfassung: | Objectives To evaluate the safety and efficacy of modified Y-stenting technique and drug-eluting stents with biodegradable polymer applied to treat bifurcation lesions of coronary artery. Methods A total of 86 coronary heart disease patients diagnosed by coronary artery angiography were enrolled in the study from April 2009 to Dec. 2010 in the NO1 Central Hospital of Baoding City. Of these patients, 36 were treated by using Crush technique, and 50 patients were treated by using modified Y-stenting technique. The instant successful rate of interventional therapy, major adverse cardiac event during hospitalisation and restenosis rate in stent within 6 months were observed between the two groups of patients. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups of patients in baseline characteristics. Greater bifurcation lumen (2.53 ± 0.16 mm vs 2.43 ± 0.14 mm, p = 0.0051) and milder stenosis (10.3 ± 4.9) % vs (13.1 ± 5.4) %, p = 0.0132) were observed in patients performed modified Y-stenting technique. The difference between the two groups of restenosis rate in stent within 6 months had statistical significance (31.3% vs 5.8%, p = 0.048). No statistical significance was observed between the two groups of patients in instant successful rate of interventional therapy, major adverse cardiac event during hospitalisation. In Crush group, 1 patient had acute myocardial infarction 21 days after the operation, which was considered as subacute thrombosis. Conclusions It is safe and effective to perform modified Y-stenting technique. |
