Zusammenfassung:The diagnosis of ARVC was based in part on a genetic test indicating a 'likely pathogenic' mutation resulting in a premature stop codon in exon 13 of the desmoplakin (DSP) gene. Decision Making ECG at rest demonstrated normal sinus rhythm with a left axis, right atrial abnormality, prolonged PR interval, flattened or inverted precordial T waves and inferior Q waves.
