Conclusions Rivaroxaban attenuates both atrial and ventricular remodeling induced by IH at least partly through its anti-inflammatory effect via PAR-2/ERK/κB signaling pathway, which might be a novel therapeutic strategy by Xa inhibition against cardiac remodeling in patients with AF.
