Pilot study of the effect of homeopathy on pruritus associated with atopic dermatitis in dogs

A complete resolution in one dog, involving a fall in pruritus score to 0 and cessation of glucocorticoid treatment, can hardly be described as a 'regression to the mean'. The data from the current pilot study will be used to inform the design of future trials, but we did not state that the same design would be adopted in a larger trial.
