Zusammenfassung: | After completing my degree at the Sorbonne, I went back to Tunis and worked at CERES, the Center for Research in the Social Sciences at the University of Tunis, for about three years. Duvignaud directed a study of social change in the village of Shebika, which is in the southern part of Tunisia, at the edge of the Sahara, and in a remote area of the country. In the United States, I am part of an organization, the Tunisian American Community, a virtual community, which is committed to bringing Tunisian culture to American audiences through numerous activities. |
