Zusammenfassung:As a field of knowledge, CSR has benefited from decades of sustained attention, resulting in a large number of academic initiatives. But despite the continuing interest that attaches to the only consensus that seems to exist concerning CSR is its vagueness. Responsible management of human resources or social responsibility to employees, considered as an essential dimension of CSR is also exposed to the same problem. The objective of this paper is to show how, the trajectory taken by several companies, may rethink the management of human resources in the context of a « socially responsible HRM », we will try to define.
