Zusammenfassung:Educators who cross national borders are faced with differing administration systems, adapting a standardized curriculum, working with colleagues and students from across the globe, finding their research bears little relevance in the new context, sharpening their intercultural communication skills in hopes of teaching in a manner that is respected and understood by learners, and realizing their identity-backgrounds (e.g., gender, sexual orientation, race) and value systems will have a different impact in the new work situation.
