Zusammenfassung:The main objective of this study is to qualitatively evaluate the degree of implementation of actions and educational activities for health facilities in the Fès-Boulemane region, Morocco; and an analysis of contextual factors facilitating or hindering the implementation process. The target population is represented by officials of the Department of Education and professional managers and operational health. Data were collected through direct observation, document analysis and semi-structured interviews. According to this study, we noticed an insufficient degree of implementation with a large gap between what was planned and what is actually implemented. The major factors facilitating this action are; voluntarism, the experience of some actors and the availability of teaching materials. However, the main factors holding, an absence of dynamic steering, an ill-defined partnership, insufficient communication, an absence of ongoing training and a shortage of human resources unequally distributed. In conclusion, the key to success of such intervention is effective coordination and collaboration between different stakeholders. Hence the need to set up coordinating committees and monitoring at regional and national level in order to strengthen the management of the program and establish a continuing education action plan for all personnel concerned.
