Pomaglumetad methionil (or LY404039) inhibits the phosphorylating action of dopamine on glycogen synthase kinase‐3, indicating that the possible clinical action of this compound would be a result of the stimulation of glutamate receptors and inhibition of dopamine D2 receptors.
