ChemInform Abstract: Enantioselective Palladium(0)-Catalyzed Intramolecular Cyclopropane Functionalization: Access to Dihydroquinolones, Dihydroisoquinolones and the BMS-791325 Ring System
The utility of this method is demonstrated in the enantioselective synthesis of compound (XIX), representing the core structure of hepatitis C virus NS5B replicase inhibitor BMS‐791325.
