ChemInform Abstract: Novel One-Pot Pseudo Four Component Reaction: Expeditious Synthesis of Functionalized Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines

The title compounds are rapidly and efficiently obtained by reaction of various aminopyridines, benzaldehydes, and phenacyl bromides under mild and solvent‐free reaction conditions using DABCO as catalyst.
