Technology and R & D areas that deal with related businesses is one of the key issues. R & D is not a process that ended only with the provision of basic production. Continuously to improve the new product is also provided by the R & D activities. Research and development work is the struggle of existence in today's competitive business environment. Therefore, in terms of maintaining the activities of the business and be able to use resources effectively to the needs of R & D work is great. In this study, the technical stage and the usage of information technologies in the R & D department to develop products manufacturing enterprises are evaluated.
