Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this study is to examine logistics outsourcing in the frame of Transactions Costs Economics theory. This study also aims to analyze logistics outsourcing tendency of furniture sector. In our study, a survey and unmodeled face to face interviews are applied to 52 furniture production firms' mid-level and senior managers in Kayseri and their logistics outsourcing decisions are analyzed in the view of the Transaction Cost Economics theory.
