In parallel with the developments in the world, logistics has undergone a significant progress and particularly with the development of international trade, the demand for logistics has increased considerably. The increasing competition level in the world and the challenge of survival in this competitive environment has moved the concept of entrepreneurship to a significant point. This article study has been carried out in accordance with a firm research. It has been done on the purpose of appointing whether the employees have enterprising personality and determining the demographic and psychologic factors having influence on entrepreneurship tendencies. A questionnaire study and a research have been carried out. As a result of statistical analysis having been done; whether the employees treat themselves as having an enterprising personality and significant relationships between entrepreneurship tendencies and enterprising personality properties of the employees working in logistic sector, which is important for the future, have been obtained.
