Zusammenfassung: | This study offers to assess the potentialities of Anacyclus pyrethrum L. as botanical insecticide for the protection of the harvest of chickpea Cicer arietinum L. against Callosobruchus maculatus during the stocking. Alkaloids constitute the most important chemical family in the roots of Anacyclus pyrethrum, they are extracted and analysed by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry, LC/UV/SM, to prove the presence of a major alkaloid N-isobutylamide, the pellitorine, accompanied with a mixture of other alkylamides. The bioassays were performed in the laboratory and in the conditions of temperature of 28,0 degrees Celsius±2,0 degrees Celsius, relative humidity from 70% to 75% and photoperiod of 12h/12h. Different extracts present a significant insecticidal effect on the adults of Callosobruchus maculatus. They diminished significantly the higher survival of the bruches on chickpea; the coefficients of variation evolve from 23,04% to 82,22% in females and from 21,34% to 78,25% in males. |
