Enforceability of industrial property licenses agreements and juridical effects in Cuba

This paper discusses the enforceability of patent and trademarks licenses, ensuring the benefits of advertising such acts by the parties. Different legal systems treat the enforceability of these contracts are addressed. The main legal effects arising annotation licensing agreements, with special emphasis on the Cuban context.
