Zusammenfassung:On multivariate cox regression survival analysis, after adjusting for age, gender, ethnicity, STS score, left ventricular ejection fraction, pulmonary artery systolic pressure, history of diabetes mellitus, peripheral vascular and cerebrovascular disease, patients with a NLR > 4 had significantly reduced survival at 30 days when compared to those with NLR < 4 (83.6% vs. 95.6%, hazard ratio (HR) 4.23, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.04 to 17.26, p = 0.04).
