Zusammenfassung:Methods The trial is a prospective, non-randomised, open-label study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a novel mitral valve prosthesis implanted via an intercostal, trans-apical route. Patients are considered ineligible for the trial if they have LVEF7.0cm, prior mitral or aortic valve surgery, severe coronary disease, heart failure requiring inotropic support, severe tricuspid valve regurgitation or severe RV dysfunction.
