Rozmieszczenie i zmiany liczebnosci populacji Drosera anglica i Scheuchzeria palustris na torfowiskach Gór Izerskich/Distribution and changes of populations size of Drosera anglica and Scheuchzeria palustris in the peat bogs of the Izery Mts

The aim of the study was to verify the distribution and population size changes of two rare vascular plant species, Drosera anglica and Scheuchzeria palustris, in the peat bogs of the Izery Mts during the last ten years. The studied species occur in five localities. All stands reported by other researchers since 2000 were confirmed. The population size of both species has increased as compared to 2000. Both populations of Drosera anglica have increased more than four times on average. The sizes of Scheuchzeria palustris populations have increased by more than three times on average on three of its four sites.
