Zusammenfassung:Unfortunately, the phenomenon of mobbing, increased dramatically, lately. Although, there have been some initiatives to demonstrate the necessity of legislating this phenomenon, until now this has not happened. This article aims to present the phenomenon and its consequences, in detail, and draw a warning about the need of legislating it and to describe how other states managed to do it.
