Zusammenfassung: | This paper analyzes the customers' attitude and operational risks faced in using electronic banking products among different customer segments, viz., government employees, self-employed, housewives, students and corporate customers, of the respective banks in the state of Goa. Two public sector banks and two private sector banks have been included in the study. The electronic products selected for this study are ATM card, credit card, Internet banking and phone banking. The study is mainly based on primary data, with a sample size of 460 respondents. The study suggests that banks should provide necessary information to the customers regarding the different risks associated with the electronic products. |
