Zusammenfassung: | A 0.69Pb(Zr^sub 0.47^Ti^sub 0.53^)O3-0.31Pb(Ni^sub 0.6^Zn^sub 0.4^)^sub 1/3^Nb^sub 2/3^)O3 +0.5 mol% CuO (PZCN) thick films were investigated for potential use in energy harvesting device applications. The PZCN thick films were fabricated by a conventional tape casting process and sintered at various temperatures. An excellent piezoelectric properties of d ^sub 33^ = 470 pC/N, [straight epsilon] ^sub 33^^sup T^/[straight epsilon] ^sub 0^ =1654, k ^sub p^=0.52 and d ^sub 33^g ^sub 33^ = 15,087×10^sup -15^ m^sup 2^/N were obtained film sintered at 950 °C that this material as a energy density material. It was also demonstrated that a unimorph cantilever using the PZCN film could generate a significant power of 7.6 mW (1.05 mW/cm^sup 2^) for high performance energy harvesters. |
