Zusammenfassung:Work-Home Support (SWH) of an individual has an influence on the level of Individual and Organizational Outcomes (IOOC) and in turn on their work and family performance. Here IOOC is inclusive of General Wellbeing (GWB), Work Outcomes (WOC) and Family Outcomes (FOC). The aim of this study is to determine and establish a relationship between SWH and IOOC among women employed in Southern Railways of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. A sample of 215 women employees was considered to obtain the empirical base for the study. Madjar-Oldham-Pratt's SWH and Beehr-Walsh-Taber's IOOC inventories were employed to quantify the SWH and IOOC levels, respectively. Correlation and multiple regression analyses were used to interpret the data. The results demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between SWH and factors that constitute IOOC.
