ChemInform Abstract: One-Pot Enantioselective Synthesis of 1,4-Naphthoquinone-Derived Polycycles Through Oxidative Dearomatization and Aminocatalysis

An enantioselective process involving dearomatization and asymmetric aminocatalysis is developed for the synthesis of polycyclic and/or bridged products (III), (V), and (VII).
